Service Description

This 30-minute consultation is the starting point for your Starter Plan — a package designed for young adults stepping out on their own for the first time, as well as anyone who needs to put essential legal protections in place. During this call, we will discuss your specific situation, answer your initial questions about the Health Care Power of Attorney and Financial Power of Attorney, and confirm that the Starter Plan is the right fit for you. If you decide to move forward, you will receive an engagement letter to review and sign, along with an invoice for the remaining balance. Once that is complete, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire and a plain-language guide to help you answer every question — at your own pace, on your own time. What to expect: A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your needs. A plain-language explanation of what each document does and why it matters Clarity on next steps if you decide to move forward. Who is this for? The $50 consultation fee is credited toward your Starter Plan upon signing your engagement letter.
